— the five pillars —

Wellness isn't supplements.
It's infrastructure.

After years of supplements, food protocols, and every optimization, the body is ready for tools that hold the work. These are the five that last.

— wisdom —

The teachers, the books, the quiet voices.

Beyond infrastructure, there are the teachings that shaped me — and the people I trust to shape what comes next.

Mitopure by Timeline
Mitochondrial · Urolithin A

Mitopure

by Timeline

Mitopure delivers a precise dose of urolithin A — the postbiotic that activates mitophagy, the body's cellular recycling process. The first compound with clinical evidence of restoring mitochondrial health in human studies. The strongest longevity research I've seen in the supplement space.

Fatty 15 — C15:0 essential fatty acid
Cellular · C15:0 Fatty Acid

Fatty 15

by Fatty 15

The only commercial form of C15:0 — an essential fatty acid most modern diets lack entirely. Emerging research links it to repair across heart, liver, and metabolic markers. Quietly one of the most interesting longevity stories in the 2026 pipeline.

Joovv Go 2.0 — handheld red light therapy
Light · Handheld red light

Joovv Go 2.0

by Joovv

Joovv's smallest device, designed for travel and targeted work. Same wavelengths (660nm + 850nm) as the full panels in a hand-held form. The entry point I'd recommend for women starting with red light before committing to a full panel.

Seed DS-01 daily synbiotic
Microbiome · Synbiotic

Seed DS-01

by Seed Health

The only daily synbiotic I've seen with both a science board worth listening to (Dr. Jacques Ravel, Dr. Gregor Reid) and the bioavailability technology to actually survive digestion. Most probiotics don't. Seed's does.

— why I built this —

I didn't discover spirituality when my life fell apart.
I carried it with me the whole time.

I grew up in Venezuela, in a Trinidadian family, on an island where the spirit world wasn't a separate thing. By the time I was a teenager, I was reading the mystics, sitting with the questions, studying the Laws of the Universe — long before any of it had a name.

The years that came next looked like business. Hotels, conferences, marketing across South America, building companies in three countries. People who met me then thought I'd built a life from the strategist side. They didn't see the other half — the quiet study, the practice, the inner work that kept showing up underneath.

"I didn't discover spirituality when my life fell apart. I carried it with me the whole time — I just hadn't made it the main event yet."

The convergence happened in Philadelphia. I went deeper. Pundit Hector became one of my teachers. I sat with plant medicine traditions, with Bufo ceremony, with the spaces where the body finally lets go. I went to Dr. Joe Dispenza's week-long advanced retreat in Orlando — the science of how the mind heals the body, taught by the person who made the science teachable. I sat in James Arthur Ray's Practical Mysticism in Hawaii. I attended the Each One Teach One retreat in New York. I trained in Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Spiritual Response Therapy, and TAMA TAIE. Each one taught me the same thing in a different language — energy moves first, the body follows.

Trinket Trove is the trove of what I'd put in the homes of women I love — women who have already done the years of work, and are ready for the tools that hold what comes next.

Heat. Cold. Light. Field. Spirit. Wisdom. Not supplements. Not subscriptions. Tools and teachers that last 10+ years and quietly transform the years after that.

Every recommendation here is mine. No sponsored content. No "limited time" theater. Just what survived years of looking — and what I'd hand to my niece, my sisters, my closest friends.
